Anxiety triggers come from a variety of sources: work, school, politics, finances, trauma, travel, and family just to name a few. The last of these — travel and family — are the focus of today’s VLOG. Please join me on an impromptu road trip from Colorado to Kansas City. We’ll do a bit of driving, a bit of hiking, and a bit of pondering on a few simple techniques for finding calm amid the chaos.
