One of the promises I often make on the podcast is that "I will keep this brief." If you've listened to the podcast for any length of time, you probably know that I often struggle to deliver on that promise. Well, this time I am going to hold true to it. So, here it goes...

I think sometimes less is more when struggling with benzo withdrawal. For me, information about this topic is catching fire which is better then great! Although, concentration and focus are like a scrambled egg. Keep a certain topic short and concise will be most effective, at least that's my view... It leads to even more confusion with an already altered state of mind in withdrawal. I think the work your doing is priceless! Bless all of us going through this journey!
